Excellent company and I definitely will recommend them for friends and family. We have a 1.5 year old traditional water heater that stopped working. We appreciate the prompt service we received with Hot Water 911 on Northwest Highway. Mark the technician, arrived right within the time frame given to us by the dispatcher, and very quickly Mark was able to see what the problem was and replace the part. I called 911 and ask them to fix my water; I was promptly arrested for misuse of emergency systems. Other than that minor flaw great company! Would recommend for water heating problems.

Tyler fixed the issue, cleaned the system, and ran multiple checks to ensure its perfect operation. Since Tyler's visit, my water heater has functioned flawlessly. I am immensely grateful for Hot Water 911’s prompt and efficient service in Chicago.
